Personal data processed<\/h3>\n<p>2.1 The Administrator processes the following personal data of the Buyer:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Name and surname<\/li>\n<li>Address<\/li>\n<li>E-mail address<\/li>\n<li>Telephone number<\/li>\n<li>Payment details<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;50px&#8221;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h3>3. Purposes of personal data processing<\/h3>\n<p>3.1 Personal data is processed for the purpose of:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Processing the order and exercising the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between the Buyer and the Administrator.<\/li>\n<li>Communicating with the Buyer and providing customer support.<\/li>\n<li>Fulfilling the Administrator&#8217;s legal obligations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;50px&#8221;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h3>4. Legal basis for processing personal data<\/h3>\n<p>4.1 The legal basis for processing personal data is:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Performance of the contract between the Buyer and the Controller pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.<\/li>\n<li>Fulfillment of the Controller&#8217;s legal obligations pursuant to Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR.<\/li>\n<li>The Controller&#8217;s legitimate interest pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR (e.g. for direct marketing purposes).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;50px&#8221;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h3>5. Period of retention of personal data<\/h3>\n<p>5.1 Personal data will be retained for the period strictly necessary to fulfil the purposes of processing:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>For the duration of the contractual relationship.<\/li>\n<li>For the period specified by the relevant legal regulations (e.g. the Accounting Act, tax regulations).<\/li>\n<li>For the period for which the Administrator is obliged to retain personal data in accordance with the relevant legal regulations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;50px&#8221;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h3>6. Recipients of personal data<\/h3>\n<p>6.1 Recipients of personal data are persons:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Participating in the delivery of goods \/ services \/ execution of payments under the contract.<\/li>\n<li>Providing e-shop operation services and other services in connection with the operation of the e-shop.<\/li>\n<li>Providing marketing services.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;50px&#8221;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h3>7. Rights of the data subject<\/h3>\n<p>7.1 The data subject has the right to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Access to his\/her personal data.<\/li>\n<li>Correction of inaccurate personal data.<\/li>\n<li>Erase of personal data where they are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or processed.<\/li>\n<li>Restriction of processing of personal data.<\/li>\n<li>Data portability.<\/li>\n<li>Object to processing.<\/li>\n<li>File a complaint with a supervisory authority.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;50px&#8221;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h3>8. Security of personal data<\/h3>\n<p>8.1 The Administrator takes technical and organizational measures to secure personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorized access.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;50px&#8221;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h3>9. Final provisions<\/h3>\n<p>9.1 By submitting an order from the online order form, the Buyer confirms that he has been familiarized with the terms and conditions of personal data protection and that he accepts them in their entirety.<\/p>\n<p>9.2 The Administrator is entitled to change these terms and conditions.
