General Terms and Conditions

1. Introductory provisions
1.1 These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “Terms and Conditions”) regulate the legal relations between the Buyer and the operator of the online store www.bachor.cz (hereinafter referred to as “Seller”), which is Jan Bachor, ID: 74764764, with registered office at U Kanálky 1457/10, Prague 2, 120 00.

1.2 The Buyer is any user of the online shop who places an order for goods or services (hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer”).

1.3 These Terms and Conditions are drawn up in accordance with Act No. 374/2022 Coll., on Consumer Protection.

2. Order and conclusion of the contract
2.1 All orders placed through the online shop www.bachor.cz are binding.

2.2 By submitting an order, the Buyer confirms that he/she has read these Terms and Conditions and agrees to them.

2.3 The Seller reserves the right to refuse an order in cases where the goods are sold out or for other reasons.

2.4 The contract between the Seller and the Buyer is concluded at the moment of confirmation of the order by the Seller. The order confirmation will be sent to the Buyer’s email address.

3. Prices and payment terms
3.1 The prices of the Goods are inclusive of VAT and all other charges. Prices do not include shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

3.2 Payment can be made by the following methods:

By credit card
By bank transfer
Cash on delivery
3.3 In the case of payment by bank transfer, the Buyer is obliged to pay the full amount within 7 days of order confirmation.

4. Delivery terms
4.1 The Seller delivers the goods within the territory of the Czech Republic. The delivery time is usually 10-14 working days
