Payment
Online payments for us are handled by the payment gateway ComGate. The service provider, ComGate Payments, as, is a licensed payment institution operating under the supervision of the Czech National Bank. Payments made through the payment gateway are fully secured and all information is encrypted.
Credit card payment
The fastest way to pay online. In the ComGate payment gateway interface, enter the card number, validity date and CVC code – the three numbers you will find in the signature strip on the back of the card. Everything is secured by the 3D Secure standard, so you will probably be asked to enter a numerical code that you will receive via SMS from your bank.
Bank transfer
Make a payment directly to our account. Please use the order number as the variable payment symbol. Account number: 1658960053/0800
Transport
- Delivery throughout the Czech Republic is free. We primarily ship via Zásilkovna so that your package arrives quickly and conveniently.
- Personal pickup is possible in Prague, Vinohrady.
