1. What is the delivery time?

Most items are made to order, so delivery takes about 14 days. Each piece is created with care and attention to detail to make it original just for you. However, we do have some products in stock – for example, beanies, caps and limited edition t-shirts, so we can ship them faster.

2. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping throughout the Czech Republic is free. We primarily ship via Zásilkovna.

3. Is personal pickup possible?

Yes, we offer personal pickup in Prague, Vinohrady. Just write it in the notes when ordering.

4. What if the product doesn't fit me?

If the product doesn’t fit you, you can return it or exchange it for a different size/color within 14 days. Just write to us and we’ll make arrangements.

5. What are the payment options?

You can conveniently make payment online by card via the ComGate payment gateway, or by traditional bank transfer to our account.

6. How do I choose the right size?

All products are unisex. For easier selection, we recommend that you consult the size chart for the product.

7. How to care for BACH® clothing?

We recommend washing T-shirts and sweatshirts inside out at 30°C, not drying in the dryer, and ironing away from the print. This will help them stay looking like new for longer.

8. Do you also ship abroad?

At the moment we primarily deliver within the Czech Republic, but we can also ship abroad. Just write to us.
